Who we are

This website is run by T&H Business Solutions, based in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how you can contact us about it.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us:

Price and contact requests (the “Get the Price” form and the contact form): your name, email address, phone number (optional), your message, and the service, package and page you were looking at.
Emails, calls and WhatsApp messages you send us directly.

We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not sell your information.

How we use it

To answer your request, prepare your price and contact you about it.
To send you a copy of your request by email.
To keep a record of requests so we can follow up.

Where it is stored

Form requests are emailed to info@thbusinesssolutions.com and stored in our website’s database, which is hosted by Hostinger. Only our team can see them. We keep requests only as long as we need them to serve you and for our business records, then delete them.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies and browser storage it needs to work, for example to remember that a pop-up was already shown during your visit. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

Third-party services

Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Some of our services use third-party tools (for example Oleyn.ai for the AI Receptionist); if you become a customer, we explain which tools are used for your service before we start.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
