Prices in Canadian dollars, plus HST. Each plan covers up to the number of employees shown; larger teams get a custom quote. Monthly plans have a 6-month minimum term, then continue month to month. Yearly plans are billed upfront for 12 months at 20% off. Setup, training and normal AI usage for your plan are included; subscriptions to software you already use (for example your HR, payroll or applicant tracking system) are billed by those providers. We’re here to help.

It takes routine HR admin off your plate, so you and your managers spend less time on paperwork and more time with your people. Typical jobs include answering employee questions about leave, hours and policies, handling leave requests, drafting job postings, screening applications for your review, sending onboarding checklists and preparing simple HR reports. Your team stays in charge: anything sensitive goes to a person. For automating other parts of your business, see our AI Business Automation service.

Repetitive tasks that follow the same steps each time: answering common employee questions from your own policies, leave requests and reminders, job posting drafts, first-pass application screening, interview scheduling, onboarding and offboarding checklists, review reminders and feedback collection, and regular HR reports. Decisions about hiring, firing, discipline, pay, accommodation and workplace investigations are not automated; they stay with you or your HR advisor. We start with the task that costs you the most time and add more once it works.

A first workflow, such as an employee FAQ assistant or leave requests, is usually live in two to four weeks once we have your policies and documents. Recruitment and onboarding workflows take longer, because we test each step with your real examples before it goes live. After your free consultation we give you a written timeline, so you know the launch date before you commit.

Yes. We build it around how your business actually runs: your policies, job titles, locations, shift patterns and the questions your employees ask most. A restaurant with rotating shifts needs different workflows from an office-based professional firm or a clinic, so tell us your industry in the free consultation. The Premium plan includes custom AI HR solutions designed for your needs.

We build workflows around Canadian HR rules and keep a person in the loop, but we don’t give legal advice and can’t guarantee compliance for you: you stay responsible as the employer. Employment rules are mostly set by each province, so we set workflows up for your province and use your own policies as the source. For example, since January 1, 2026, Ontario employers with 25 or more employees must say in public job postings whether AI is used to screen, assess or select applicants. When we automate screening, we add that line to your posting template for you to approve. Terminations, legal questions and other sensitive matters go to you or your lawyer. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information.

Employee information is sensitive, so we handle it carefully. Each workflow only gets the data it needs, access is limited to named people, and we keep a log of what the automation does. We use business accounts that don’t train AI models on your data where the provider offers that setting, tell you where each tool stores data, and are happy to sign a confidentiality agreement. We build with Canadian privacy rules in mind, and we keep Social Insurance Numbers, banking details and medical information out of the AI assistant unless we agree a specific, safe process with you in writing.

Government work runs on information: applications, forms, case notes, policy documents, emails and questions from the public. AI is beginning
